Return Refund Policy

Return Period:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return. All claims must be made after 14 days of the purchase strictly.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@madinaislamicbookstore.com. Once your return request is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if eligible):

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you'll receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at info@madinaislamicbookstore.com. After confirmation from us, send the item to:

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and immediately contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, food items, custom products, and personal care items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials and sale items or gift cards.

Refunds and Exchange Exceptions:

Please note that Madina Islamic Bookstore only refunds or exchanges items if they do not meet merchantable conditions (i.e., they are faulty or broken).

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Product Colour Variances:

Product colour variations may occur through digital communications, including but not limited to lighting. We recommend keeping this in mind when evaluating the appearance of products.
