SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Madina Islamic Bookstore Pty Ltd currently offers delivery services exclusively within Australia. Please note that deliveries can only be made to physical addresses and not to PO boxes. International shipping is not available.
ORDER PROCESSING
Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation to the address provided during checkout. We recommend keeping this email as proof of your purchase. Our team will carefully package your items in secure satchels with bubble-wrapped protection. Standard delivery is available from Monday to Friday.
ORDER TRACKING
Every order placed with Madina Islamic Bookstore Pty Ltd includes a tracking feature. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number for your reference. Shipping tracking number will be sent via email once the item is shipped to allow tracking and delivery notifications. Tracking link and shipping tracking ID can be used to check the status of the delivery.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
For standard delivery orders, our typical dispatch time is 1-2 business days. We strive to dispatch express delivery orders on the same day whenever possible. After dispatch, the delivery time will depend on the selected courier service and your location, usually ranging from 5 to 7 days.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
It is crucial to verify the contents of your received items to ensure they match your order. If you happen to receive an incorrect item, please refrain from opening it. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been opened, tampered with, or are not in their original condition. Should you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and keep the damaged item intact as we may require photographic evidence to process your claim.
